San Lorenzo Festival 2025 in Pinzolo

The 2025 edition of the San Lorenzo Festival, organized by the Parish of Pinzolo, took place from August 4th to 11th between the Church of San Lorenzo, Piazza Carera, and the Paladolomiti.

The calendar kicked off on Monday, August 4th, with the AL DI LÀ meeting with Bishop Lauro Tisi and the parents of Sara Piffer. On Thursday the 7th, a visit to the Church of San Lorenzo and the concert by the Presanella Choir; on Friday the 8th, the opening of the Vaso della Fortuna and the festival concert for organ and clarinet with Martino Olivieri and Ai Yoshida. On Saturday the 9th, ballroom dancing with the Ornella Nicolini orchestra.

The highlight was Sunday, August 10th, with the solemn mass presided over by Bishop Lauro Tisi, the solemn vespers and the procession with the statue of San Lorenzo, followed by the concert of the Pinzolo Municipal Band and the lottery prize draw. The festival closed on Monday, August 11th, with the event Dante, prophet of hope with Gregorio Vivaldelli. The charity games were unmissable: the lottery and the traditional weight guessing of wood and speck.

• Monday 4th – 9:00 PM, Paladolomiti: AL DI LÀ, meeting with Bishop Lauro Tisi and the parents of Sara Piffer
• Thursday 7th – 10:30 AM: visit to the Church of San Lorenzo (meeting in Piazza Carera); 9:15 PM, Church: Presanella Choir concert
• Friday 8th – Afternoon, Piazza Carera: opening of the Vaso della Fortuna (charity raffle); 9:00 PM, Church: Festival concert for organ and clarinet with Martino Olivieri and Ai Yoshida
• Saturday 9th – 9:15 PM, Piazza Carera: ballroom dancing with the Ornella Nicolini orchestra
• Sunday 10th – 10:30 AM, Church: solemn mass presided over by Bishop Lauro Tisi; 8:00 PM: solemn vespers and procession with the statue of San Lorenzo; followed by, Piazza Carera: concert of the Pinzolo Municipal Band and lottery draw (10:00 PM)
• Monday 11th – 9:00 PM, Paladolomiti: Dante, prophet of hope with Gregorio Vivaldelli
