Edition 2025 — San Lorenzo Festival

In 2025, the San Lorenzo Festival took place in Pietravairano from August 6th to 10th, featuring five evenings in the San Lorenzo district. The food stalls, open from the early evening, offered traditional Campanian and Pietravairano cuisine: handmade gnocchi, cavatelli with ragù, beans and sausage, grilled meats, fried pizza, and porchetta sandwiches, accompanied by draft beer and local wine. Live music every night and a fireworks display on the closing night of August 10th.

The 2025 Edition

The 2025 San Lorenzo Festival brought the San Lorenzo district of Pietravairano, in the Alto Casertano, to life from August 6th to 10th: five consecutive evenings that concluded the celebrations on the saint's day.

The food stalls opened every evening around 7:30 PM, featuring the dishes that define the festival: handmade gnocchi, cavatelli with ragù, pennette, beans and sausage, soffritto, cuoppo, grilled meats, fried pizza, and porchetta sandwiches, as well as draft beer and local wine.

The program alternated between folk and popular music concerts, dance evenings, and DJ sets, with moments dedicated to devotion to Saint Lawrence at the historic well and activities for children. The festival concluded on August 10th with a fireworks display, as per tradition.
