Edition 2025 — San Gottardo Festival
The 2025 edition of the San Gottardo Festival in Finero was celebrated on Saturday, May 3rd, and had a special flavor: the patronal feast intertwined with the 95th anniversary of the Malesco Alpine Group. The Alpini played a central role in the day, from the social lunch to the parade in honor of the fallen, through to the solemn mass and the procession with the Saint's statue carried on the shoulders of the Finero 'penne nere', before the dance evening that concluded the festivities.
2025 Edition
The 2025 San Gottardo Festival in Finero, a hamlet of Malesco (VB), took place on Saturday, May 3rd, and coincided with the 95th anniversary of the Malesco Alpine Group, giving the day a strong sense of memory and community.
- 10:00 AM — Opening of the festival
- 1:00 PM — Lunch with the Alpini for the 95th anniversary of the Malesco group
- 2:30 PM — Village parade with the Alpini in honor of the fallen
- 4:30 PM — Solemn Holy Mass and procession with the Patron Saint carried on the shoulders of the Finero Alpini
- 9:00 PM — Dance evening with Claudio Sorrenti, followed by Dj Andy
A day that united devotion to the patron saint, homage to Alpine traditions, and village conviviality, confirming the San Gottardo Festival as a defining event for Finero and the entire Cannobina Valley.
