San Giustino Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the San Giustino Festival renewed the patronal tradition of Chieti, in Abruzzo, with the religious program presented by the Archdiocese of Chieti-Vasto. As is customary, the festival was preceded by the three-day preparation period in the Cathedral and culminated in the procession with the bust of the Saint through the historic center, accompanied by the clergy, city authorities, and the faithful.

Archbishop Bruno Forte presided over the main celebrations, from the first Vespers to the solemn Mass on the day of San Giustino. Surrounding the religious observance, the city experienced days of popular festivities included in the Maggio Teatino calendar, confirming San Giustino as one of the most deeply felt identity-defining events for the local community.
