Edition 2025 — San Giuseppe in Giuggianello
The 2025 edition of the San Giuseppe Fair and Festival took place in Giuggianello, in Salento, on March 18th and 19th. As per tradition, devoted families set up the Tavole di San Giuseppe with ritual breads in symbolic shapes and Lenten cuisine dishes.
On the evening of March 18th, the procession preceded the blessing of the tables and the distribution of blessed pucce. On March 19th, the saint's day, the ritual consumption of the courses was held, with characters representing Saint Joseph and the Madonna, while the village streets hosted the fair with sweets, local products, and stalls.
