Edition 2025 — Boschetto Tortelli Festival

In 2025, the Boschetto Committee once again renewed the appointment with the San Giovanni Tortelli Festival, a village feast dedicated to herb tortelli in the hamlet of Albareto, in Val Gotra. An evening of conviviality that brought the local community together around the flavors of Parmesan tradition, following the ancient custom linked to the night of San Giovanni.

The 2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the San Giovanni Tortelli Festival in Boschetto di Albareto (PR) confirmed the vitality of this gastronomic tradition of the Parma Apennines. On that occasion too, the Boschetto Committee organized the evening around herb tortelli, the symbolic dish of San Giovanni night in the Parma region.

As is customary, the festival represented a moment of reunion for the inhabitants of the village and the surrounding hamlets of Val Gotra, in a festive atmosphere that combines taste, peasant memory, and social interaction.
