Edition 2025 — San Gimignano Carnival
2025 Carnival: Four Sundays of celebration
The 2025 edition of the San Gimignano Carnival took place on the Sundays of February 9, 16, 23, and March 2, with allegorical float parades starting at 2:30 PM through the streets and squares of the village. The stars were the four floats prepared by the historic Piazzetta and Maremma districts.
On February 9, the parade was accompanied by the La Bandaccia band; on February 16, Radio Rosa kept Piazza Duomo dancing; on February 23, the 3rd edition of the Coppa Carnevale trophy was held, with an awards ceremony for the participating children. The grand finale on March 2 featured the award for the best float and a DJ set from the Carro della Musica.
