San Francesco Christmas Fair

The San Francesco Christmas Fair confirmed its role as the opening of the Christmas season in Pelago, in the province of Florence, in 2025 as well. On December 8th, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, the hamlet of San Francesco came alive with the Christmas market in Piazza Verdi and along the streets of the center.

The day featured craft and gift stalls, local products from the region, music and carols, as well as the children's market on Via IV Novembre and activities designed for families. There was no shortage of moments linked to tradition, with Christmas carols and the solemn Mass of the Immaculate Conception in the church of San Francesco. The event, with free admission, was organized by Pro Loco Pelago APS in collaboration with the Municipality of Pelago.
