Edition 2025 — San Fortunato

The 2025 edition of the San Fortunato Festival took place on October 16th in Pantelleria, combining religious, sporting, and popular dimensions as per tradition. The day opened in the afternoon with the 'lance pantesche' regatta for the La Mulattiera Prize, continued with Holy Mass at the Mother Church of the SS. Salvatore and the patron saint's procession, and concluded with a large evening party in the square, enlivened by live music and a Vasco Rossi tribute band.

San Fortunato Festival 2025

On October 16, 2025, Pantelleria celebrated its patron saint San Fortunato with a day full of events. In the afternoon, at 3:00 PM, the 'lance pantesche' regatta for the La Mulattiera Prize kicked off, organized in collaboration with the Circolo Velico Isola di Pantelleria, with traditional boats racing in view of the coastal vantage points.

At 4:00 PM, Holy Mass was held at the Mother Church of the SS. Salvatore, followed by the procession of the Saint's statue through the town streets and down to the port. Upon the Saint's return, from 7:30 PM, the party moved to the square with convivial moments hosted by local clubs and associations, a children's play area by Dplanet, and live music from the group Whisky&Miele. The evening concluded at 10:30 PM with a concert by the Vasco Rossi tribute band.
