Edition 2025 — Panzanella Festival
The 2025 edition: three evenings of taste and entertainment
From August 1 to 3, 2025, the Panzanella Festival brought Piazza Giulio Cesare in San Cesareo, near the Alban Hills in the province of Rome, to life with its second edition. The food stalls, open every night from 7 PM to midnight, offered the three versions of panzanella — Roman, Tuscan, and Salento — accompanied by sandwiches, DOP buffalo mozzarella, charcuterie, french fries, beer, local wines, and watermelon.
The entertainment program was rich: Friday, August 1, featured a night with DJ Poppy and vocalist Marco Cavarretta, along with the semi-finals and finals of the FIFA 25 PlayStation tournament; Saturday, August 2, featured a street show with Rino Trampolino, jugglers, stilt walkers, and fire-eaters, followed by the «Disco Ring» 70s/80s/90s disco dance revival night; Sunday, August 3, concluded with a live musical performance by Valentina Urbini. A free-entry edition that confirmed the growth of the young San Cesareo festival.
