San Calogero Feast 2025 in Torretta

From July 21 to 27, 2025, the Municipality of Torretta celebrated its patron saint, San Calogero, with a rich calendar of festivities organized by the administration of Mayor Damiano Scalici together with the San Calogero Youth Association. The program combined spiritual and entertainment dimensions: a day dedicated to children with inflatables and entertainment in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the traditional horse parade through the streets of the town, a comedy evening with Matranga and Minafò, and a night of music and fun with Radio Time.

The most anticipated moment was the concert by Fausto Leali on Saturday, July 26. On Sunday, July 27, the feast culminated with the solemn Eucharistic celebration, the procession of the statue of San Calogero through the town streets, and the grand final fireworks display. The mayor described the festivities as a "concrete sign of rebirth," highlighting how, after more than 40 years, major names in Italian music and entertainment had returned to the village.
