Edition 2025 — San Bartolomeo Fair

On Saturday, August 23, 2025, Romeno hosted the annual edition of the San Bartolomeo Fair, with a market and stalls along the center streets and the traditional Cattle Show at Parco di Alice. Farmers from the Val di Non presented their Brown Swiss and Holstein cows and heifers, while the village came alive throughout the day with typical products, small animals, and a rural lunch featuring polenta, luganega sausage, and Trentingrana.

The 2025 edition of the San Bartolomeo Fair took place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, in Romeno, in the upper Val di Non. The day combined, as per tradition, the commercial fair aspect with that of a rural festival.

In the village center, market stalls followed one another, while at Parco di Alice, the Cattle Show was held with the parade of Brown Swiss and Holstein breeds and the proclamation of the show's queen. There was no shortage of small animal exhibits and lunch with typical Trentino products, confirming the strong bond between the Romeno community and the livestock tradition of the Val di Non.
