The market offers fresh herbs and derived products—creams, soaps, essential oils, teas, infusions, sauces, cheeses, and other products—while throughout the weekend, there are tastings of herb-based products and themed workshops for children and adults.
"Andar per Erbe" and herb cuisine
On Sunday morning, the "Andar per Erbe" excursion takes place, searching for wild herbs for culinary use with an expert guide. Completing the program is "La Cucina delle Erbe" (The Herb Cuisine), where local restaurants offer dishes featuring herbs as the star ingredient. The event is organized by Pro Loco Mogliano and Veneto a Tavola, with the patronage of the Municipality.
