Edition 2025 — Bean Festival

The 2025 edition of the Saluggia Bean Festival took place from October 17 to 19, 2025, celebrating the dwarf bean and Vercelli-style panissa with a rich program: the best panissa competition between local associations, markets, the bean train, workshops and shows for children, sports activities, and rural traditions that brought the Vercelli village center to life.

Saluggia Bean Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Saluggia Bean Festival was held from Friday, October 17 to Sunday, October 19, 2025. The festival opened on Friday with the best panissa competition between local Pro Loco associations, accompanied by children's shows and live music.

Saturday was dedicated to families, with the bean train, cooking workshops, chalk art, cycling tours through the rice fields, and sports activities. The day concluded with a rural dinner and evening dancing.

Sunday featured the bean market, youth sports tournaments, a marching band parade, the festival lunch with panissa and Piedmontese mixed fry, a peasant pageant, and a final ceremony with a circus show. A highly attended edition that confirmed the festival as one of the most cherished autumn events in the Vercelli area.
