Edition 2025 — Salt Cod Festival

In 2025, Parco Le Sughere in Quattro Strade di Bientina once again hosted the Salt Cod Festival as part of its long summer calendar of village festivals. Three mid-June evenings with food stalls dedicated to Tuscan-style salt cod, service provided by Circolo Il Risorgimento volunteers, and the convivial atmosphere typical of Pisan festivals.

The 2025 edition of the Salt Cod Festival was held at Parco Le Sughere in Bientina, in the province of Pisa, as part of the Circolo Il Risorgimento's summer program. As every year, the festival focused on traditional Tuscan salt cod, offered at food stalls in various preparations.

The evenings, with free admission, attracted residents of Bientina and neighboring towns for outdoor dinners in the green space of Quattro Strade, in a village festival atmosphere made of good food and moments of conviviality.
