Edition 2025 — Pari Salsiccia Festival

The 2025 edition of the Salsiccia Festival took place in Pari, a hamlet of Civitella Paganico (GR), from Friday, September 26th to Sunday, September 28th. On this occasion, the Associazione Sette Colli offered parigiana sausage and traditional Maremma dishes, with food stalls open for lunch and dinner and evenings enlivened by live music in the squares of the medieval village.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Salsiccia Festival was held in the village of Pari, in Civitella Paganico, from September 26th to 28th. The food stalls served the famous grilled parigiana sausage, polenta alla boscaiola, wild boar tagliatelle, porcini mushrooms, and numerous other specialties of Maremma peasant cuisine.

The three days of festivities, organized by the Associazione Sette Colli, were accompanied by live music and entertainment, confirming the success of an event that has been enlivening the medieval village of Pari every year since 1966.
