In 2025, the Salotto del Gusto celebrated the territory's De.Co. products in Cordenons, Piazza della Vittoria, with stands, tastings, and offerings from local producers and restaurateurs, confirming the success of the event, heir to the Asparagus Salotto.
The 2025 edition of Salotto del Gusto animated Piazza della Vittoria in Cordenons with the celebration of the territory's De.Co. products — white asparagus, rainbow trout, hazelnuts, strawberries, and craft beer. Amidst stands, tastings, and offerings from local producers and restaurateurs, the event renewed the bond between the community and its food and wine excellences, between magredi and springs.
