Edition 2025 — Salina Street Food

In 2025, Salina Street Food had not yet taken place: the event was launched in 2026 with its first edition in Malfa. The event is part of the rich food and wine tradition of the island of Salina, land of Malvasia delle Lipari, capers, and farm-to-table products, which provided the fertile ground from which the festival came to life.

Before 2026

The Salina Street Food did not take place in 2025: its first edition dates back to June 5, 2026, in Malfa, on the island of Salina (Metropolitan City of Messina). The event was born from the desire of Pro Loco Malfa APS - Isula di Salina and Brand Eolie to create a new appointment dedicated to street food and the flavors of the Aeolian archipelago.

The festival is rooted in the well-established food and wine tradition of Salina, an island known for Malvasia delle Lipari, capers, and authentic cuisine made of farm-to-table products. It is on this heritage that the first 2026 edition built its success, with the ambition of becoming a stable appointment of the Aeolian summers.
