Edition 2025 — SalernoSounds

The inaugural edition of SalernoSounds took place from July 12 to 26, 2025, launching the Grand Events Arena in Piazza della Libertà with five evenings of live music: Capo Plaza, Irama, Brunori Sas, Lazza, and Massimo Ranieri. A deliberately diverse lineup, spanning urban, indie, singer-songwriter, and classic Italian music, supported by the Campania Region, the Municipality of Salerno, and Scabec as part of the Coesione Italia 21-27 program.

SalernoSounds 2025, the first edition

From July 12 to 26, 2025, Piazza della Libertà became an open-air arena for the first time with approximately four thousand seats, featuring a stage forty meters long and eighteen meters high, equipped with three LED walls for a total of one hundred and thirty-six square meters of video surface, ensuring visibility and acoustic performance from every point in the parterre.

  • Saturday, July 12 — Capo Plaza, with his Summer Tour
  • Tuesday, July 15 — Irama, Live 2025
  • Thursday, July 17 — Brunori Sas, L'Albero delle Noci Tour Estate
  • Thursday, July 24 — Lazza
  • Saturday, July 26 — Massimo Ranieri, special event retracing over fifty years of his career

The event, organized by Anni 60 produzioni with the support of the Campania Region, the Municipality of Salerno, and Scabec, laid the foundations for the festival's return the following summer.

Highlights

The unique setup of the arena in Piazza della Libertà, with a forty-meter stage and three large LED screens overlooking the gulf; the intentional contrast between the two souls of the lineup, from rappers Capo Plaza and Lazza to the singer-songwriter style of Brunori Sas, up to the closing evening with Massimo Ranieri.

Prices

Ticketed concerts, with a ticket for each single evening. Sales took place via TicketOne, VivaTicket, Ticketmaster, and Etes, as well as at physical points of sale and directly at the square's box office, open from 4:00 PM on concert days. Holders of the Campania>Artecard were entitled to a 25% discount via a dedicated code.
