Edition 2025 — Saints Cosmas and Damian Festival

On September 26, 2025, the Villaggio Santa Rita in Galatone celebrated its patron saints with solemn festivities in honor of the Holy Martyrs Cosmas and Damian. The evening, starting at 7:30 PM, combined religious devotion with festive elements, featuring music and entertainment animated by "Party Salento" and a Radio Video Show Live, in the spirit of Salento patronal tradition.

The 2025 edition of the Saints Cosmas and Damian Festival took place on September 26th at Villaggio Santa Rita in Galatone, in the province of Lecce. The Santi Cosma e Damiano Martiri Parish organized the solemn festivities in honor of the patron saints, starting at 7:30 PM.

The evening alternated between moments of devotion, with religious celebrations dedicated to the martyrs Cosmas and Damian, and civil events: music and entertainment from "Party Salento" and the Radio Video Show Live accompanied the community in a celebration that, as per Salento tradition, combined faith, light displays, and conviviality. The festivities were part of the rich season of summer events promoted by the parish at Villaggio Santa Rita.
