Saint Valentine in the Village of Love

The 2025 edition of Saint Valentine in the Village of Love in Morro d'Alba (Ancona) had a special significance: Saturday, February 15th at 11:00 AM, the 'La Scarpa' walkway reopened to the public after months of restoration, with a performance by the historical reenactment group Armati dell'Antica Marca, featuring medieval dances, duels, and romantic melodies.

In the afternoon, the municipal wine shop hosted "DiVini Sensi", a guided tasting by sommeliers of four wines paired with chocolate (15 euros). In the evening, in the Castle cellars, the 'Erotico d'Autore' reading took place with Francesca Rossetti and Paolo Brugiati, in a double performance at 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, with a final toast featuring Lacrima wine. Throughout the weekend, restaurants, shops, and the wine shop were themed, with selfie corners and tastings along the walkway.
