Saint Sebastian Festival 2025
The 2025 edition of the Saint Sebastian Festival, patron saint of Cerreto Laziale, took place as per tradition around January 20th. The anniversary also took on a civic value: by special ordinance, the Municipality ordered the closure of the kindergarten for the day of January 20th, in honor of the patron saint's feast, confirming how deeply rooted the celebration is in the life of the Cerreto community.
As every year, the festivities combined liturgical celebrations—the solemn mass and the procession through the streets of the historic center—with the warmth of the community gathered in the medieval village of the Aniene Valley, in the province of Rome. The Saint Sebastian Festival thus confirms itself as one of the most significant events in the Cerreto calendar.
