Edition 2025 — Saint Pius Feast

The 2025 edition of the Saint Pius feast in Roccaspinalveti was held on Friday, July 11th. Alongside religious rites and the traditional Palio del Covone, the evening featured a concert by Bobby Solo, a two-time Sanremo Festival winner, who performed his greatest hits in the square before a large audience.

Saint Pius Feast 2025

In 2025, Roccaspinalveti celebrated its patron Saint Pius, Pope and Martyr on Friday, July 11th. The day renewed the tradition of the Palio del Covone, with districts participating in the parade of carts loaded with wheat sheaves, followed by a Solemn Mass and a procession through the town.

The highlight of the evening was the concert by Bobby Solo, a famous Italian music performer and two-time winner of the Sanremo Festival (1965 and 1969), who revisited the successes of his artistic career in a packed square, confirming the festival as one of the most attended summer events in the inland Vastese region.
