Saint Nicholas Patronal Festival

The 2025 edition

The 2025 Saint Nicholas Festival in Corigliano d'Otranto took place at the end of August, with the heart of the festivities on Saturday, August 23rd. The program followed the usual alternation between religious and civic moments: the solemn mass in the mother church, the procession of the Saint's statue with the participation of the faithful and confraternities, and celebrations animated by the parish choir.

On the civic front, there was no shortage of brass band concerts and popular music performances on the bandstand, illuminations that lit up the streets of the historic center, market stalls with sweets and typical Salento products, and the inevitable firework displays to close the evenings. A festival that confirmed the strong bond of the Corigliano community with its patron saint, protector of the town since 1727.
