2025 Edition
The 2025 Saint Nicholas Patronal Festival brought Castello di Cisterna to life from September 12th to 21st. The festivities opened on Friday, September 12th, with the start of the novena and Holy Mass in honor of the saint. On Thursday, September 18th, after Mass and the switching on of the illuminations, the town hosted street performer shows, Up & Down entertainment, and a performance by Ivan Granatino, followed on Friday the 19th by Ciro Rigione.
The weekend was dedicated to music: on Saturday, September 20th, after the Radio Punto Nuovo DJ set, the SLF collective took the stage with MV Killa, Yung Snapp, Lele Blade, Vale Lambo, and Niko Beatz. The final day, Sunday, September 21st, featured Holy Masses, the traditional procession, the historical pageant, performances by the Nicolaus Barium drummers and the Bottari di Macerata, the "Pasta and wine" event organized by the committee, and at midnight, the grand fireworks display.
