A Village for Christmas 2025
The 2025 edition took place from December 6th to 8th between Tione degli Abruzzi and the hamlet of Goriano Valli, in the province of L'Aquila. On Saturday, December 6th, Saint Nicholas' Day, the patronal feast began in the morning in Tione, with Holy Mass and a procession in the afternoon, and in the evening, the mini Christmas village was animated by bagpipers and the distribution of gifts.
In Goriano Valli, the Christmas market opened at 11:00 AM with stalls, local products, sweets, and herbal teas, followed in the afternoon by the arrival of Santa Claus accompanied by mulled wine. Sunday hosted the 1st Gathering of Abruzzese Blankets and guided tours of the MuDi, while on December 8th, the event "The Value of a Territory: Between Goblets and Stories" closed the festival with a cultural tour and gastronomic tastings. The organization was handled by Vallese ASD.
