2025 Saint Michael the Archangel Festival in Corcolle

From September 24 to 28, 2025, Giardini di Corcolle, a neighborhood of Rome overlooking the countryside toward Tivoli, celebrated its patron saint with five days of festivities organized by the Via Monteprandone parish, in the Diocese of Tivoli and Palestrina.

The program combined, as per tradition, the liturgical aspect—celebrations in preparation for the Archangel Michael's solemnity on September 29 and the procession with the saint's statue through the neighborhood streets—with the popular aspect, featuring outdoor evenings in the parish grounds, live music, children's entertainment, and food stalls run by volunteers.

As every year, the festival represented the main community gathering of the year for Corcolle: a neighborhood born only a few decades ago that, for a few evenings in late September, finds a village atmosphere in the heart of the Roman countryside.
