Saint Michael the Archangel Feast and Fair with the Fettuccine Festival

The 2025 edition of Vallecorsa's patronal festivities followed the established traditional pattern: the Saint Michael Fair on the day dedicated to the Apparition of the Archangel on Monte Gargano, the religious program with the blessing of the first egg for the scazzuotti, and, in the evening, the 29th Fettuccine Festival in the historic center. Local families prepared the fettuccine by hand, served for free with wine and traditional pastries, while music accompanied the celebration. The organization was handled by the Patronal Festival Committee with the parish and the «San Michele Arcangelo» Cultural Association, under the patronage of the Municipality of Vallecorsa, in the province of Frosinone. Throughout the year, the community then experienced other Michaelic events: the pilgrimage to Monte Sant'Angelo in late August and the September novena leading up to the liturgical feast on September 29th.
