Saint Martin's Festival – Fritto Misto and Chestnut Roast

The 2025 edition of the Saint Martin's Festival confirmed the well-established formula of the patronal feast of Baldissero Canavese, in the Turin Canavese area. The opening evening, at the Pro Loco headquarters in Piazza Unità d'Italia, was dedicated to the Piedmontese Fritto Misto Dinner, at 8:30 PM and by reservation.

On Sunday, the festival continued with Holy Mass at 11:00 AM in honor of the patron saint, followed in the afternoon by an allegorical football match and, at 4:30 PM, by the traditional Saint Martin's Chestnut Roast in the square, which was free and very well attended. A simple and authentic festival, capable of bringing the entire village community together around Piedmontese gastronomic traditions and the atmosphere of the Canavese autumn.
