Edition 2025 — Saint Leonard
The 2025 Saint Leonard Festival in Serradifalco was one of the most well-attended editions in recent years. The festivities opened on Wednesday, August 6, with the historical re-enactment of the "Solemn Homage of the Bishop in the Duchy of Serradifalco," organized by the Serra del Falco association, featuring 17th-century costumes, torches, and historical groups.
Saturday, August 9, saw the solemn vespers in the Mother Church; Sunday, August 10, included the Eucharistic celebration and, at 8:00 PM, the traditional procession of the statue of Saint Leonard through the village streets with religious, civil, and military authorities, followed at midnight by fireworks visible from Via Cavour and Via Vittorio Veneto.
The highlight arrived on Monday, August 11, at 9:30 PM, with the free concert by Al Bano in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele: one of the most beloved voices in Italian music brought a timeless repertoire to Serradifalco, confirming the patronal festival's role as a major summer event in the province of Caltanissetta.
