Edition 2025 — Saint Lawrence Festival

On August 10, 2025, Pennadomo celebrated its patron saint, Saint Lawrence, with the traditional village festival. The day combined religious devotion with the most anticipated popular events: in the morning, the vintage car parade along Via Maiella and, in the evening, the concert in the square with the group Liscio & Dintorni, featuring music and popular dancing until late at night, on the night of the falling stars.

Saint Lawrence Festival 2025 in Pennadomo

The 2025 edition of the Saint Lawrence Festival took place on Sunday, August 10, 2025, in Pennadomo, in the Sangro Valley village in the province of Chieti. As per tradition, the community gathered to honor the patron saint, Saint Lawrence, between religious moments and popular festive events.

The day was marked by the vintage car parade, which from the early hours of the morning traveled along Via Maiella, bringing historic vehicles through the village alleys. In the evening, the square came alive with the concert by the group Liscio & Dintorni, with live music and popular dancing that accompanied Pennadomo residents and visitors on the night of Saint Lawrence.
