The 2025 edition
The 2025 Saint Joseph the Patriarch Festival confirmed a deeply felt tradition in Copertino, in the Province of Lecce. On Labor Day, the community gathered around the Church of Saint Joseph the Patriarch, in the Rione Cittadella, to honor the patron saint of workers.
As per custom, the day combined the liturgical dimension, with holy masses and the solemn afternoon moment, with the traditional evening procession along the streets of the center, accompanied by the brass band. The festive features typical of the recurrence were present, from artistic illuminations to the participation of local associations, in a day that weaves together faith, work, and community identity.
