Edition 2025 — Tuppuliata of Saint Joseph

In 2025, the Saint Joseph's Feast in Siculiana took place in March at the Sanctuary of the SS. Crocifisso and Piazza Umberto I, as part of the "Siculiana for Agrigento 2025" project. The event renewed the tradition of the Tuppuliata, the re-enactment of the Holy Family in search of hospitality, and the Mangiata di li Santi, featuring votive dishes of the local culinary culture such as purciddati, sweet saffron rice, and sfinci.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint Joseph in Siculiana was held in March, combining faith and popular culture as per tradition. The program, coordinated by the Municipality of Siculiana together with the Pastoral Unit and the Saint Joseph Committee, featured the two most characteristic moments: the Tuppuliata, a procession staging the Holy Family's search for hospitality, and the evocative Mangiata di li Santi.

Included in the "Siculiana for Agrigento 2025" project, the festival showcased the customs, traditions, and roots of the Agrigento community, with the distribution of traditional votive dishes and visits to the altars of Saint Joseph.
