Edition 2025 — Saint Joseph in Bivona

In 2025, the Saint Joseph's Feast in Bivona took place on March 18th and 19th according to the usual rite. On the evening of the 18th, the parish priest blessed the large tables, which were then opened to visitors; on March 19th, with the distribution of blessed bread, the procession of the statue wound through the historic center, concluding with fireworks. The ViviVivona association offered guided tours through the houses and monuments of the village.

The 2025 edition confirmed the traditional structure of the feast. On the eve of March 18th, the parish priest blessed the tables set up in the homes, filled with votive bread, almond paste sweets, sfingi, and pignolata, opening the houses to visitors. On March 19th, Saint Joseph's Day, after the distribution of blessed bread and the banquet of the "Saints", the solemn procession of the statue crossed the streets of the center in the late afternoon, closing with fireworks. The ViviVivona association accompanied visitors on an itinerary from the municipal villa to the clock tower, up to the Mother Church, the Carmine Church, and the 1374 Chiaramonte portal, with stops at the homes to admire the tables.
