Edition 2025 — Saint Joseph Festival

In 2025, San Giuseppe Jato once again celebrated the Saint Joseph Festival around March 19th. The community renewed the town's ancient rites: votive tables in honor of the Patriarch, the virgineddi pageant, the statue procession, and the flavors of sfincia and blessed bread.

2025 Edition

In March 2025, the Saint Joseph Festival drew residents and visitors to San Giuseppe Jato, in the province of Palermo, to celebrate its most deep-rooted traditions. Families set up votive tables with Saint Joseph bread and traditional dishes, while the three virgineddi represented the Holy Family in the pageant. The festival culminated on March 19th with the Eucharistic celebration in the Mother Church and the procession of the Patriarch's statue through the town streets, confirming the vitality of a celebration that unites faith and community identity.
