Saint Joseph Festival in Pietraperzia

The 2025 edition of the Saint Joseph Festival in Pietraperzia (Enna) spanned several days. From March 20th to 22nd, at 5:30 PM in the Mother Church Santa Maria Maggiore, the Rosary of Saint Joseph and Holy Mass were held; on the evening of Saturday, March 22nd, at 7:30 PM, the traditional blessing of the Saint Joseph banquet took place on Via Marconi.

The main day was Sunday, March 23rd: Holy Mass at the Mother Church at 10:00 AM, with the brass band accompanying the characters towards the church of Santa Maria di Gesù; at 12:00 PM, the procession of the Holy Family towards the Mother Church, followed at 12:30 PM by the reenactment of the Flight into Egypt and, at 1:00 PM, by the blessing of the table by the Child Jesus. In the afternoon, solemn Mass at 6:00 PM, procession of the Saint Joseph statue at 7:00 PM, and fireworks in front of the church square. The organization was managed by parish priest Father Osvaldo Brugnone and the Committee.
