In 2025, the Saint Joseph Festival in Laipacco di Tricesimo confirmed its traditional format, with the food stand dedicated to field radicchio and typical Friulian dishes that attracts residents of Tricesimo and neighboring towns every spring.
In 2025, the Saint Joseph Festival once again enlivened the village of Laipacco with its field radicchio specialties – the Friulian 'lidric' – served in the heated marquee next to the patron saint's chapel. Frico, grilled meats, and traditional rural dishes accompanied the festive days, confirming this event as one of the gastronomic rituals of spring in the Udine foothills.
