Edition 2025 — Saint Joseph in Francofonte
The 2025 edition of the Saint Joseph Festival in Francofonte confirmed the town's strong bond with this celebration. The Holy Family procession traversed the historic center with the three participants, the collection handkerchiefs, and the brass band, reaching the Mother Church of Sant'Antonio Abate for the solemn celebration.
As per tradition, the day ended with the banquet in the square and the auction of gifts donated by the faithful—including bunches of wild asparagus, the sparici sabbaggi—the proceeds of which were divided equally among the three participants, testifying to the charitable dimension of the Francofonte festival.
