Edition 2025 — San Giacomo Filetto

On July 25, 2025, Filetto celebrated its patron saint, Saint James the Apostle, with the traditional patronal feast. The day featured a solemn Holy Mass in honor of the saint and a procession with the statue through the town streets, amidst liturgical chants and community participation. The festivities continued with live music in the square, food stalls featuring Abruzzese specialties, entertainment for all ages, and the usual fireworks display to close the evening.

2025 Saint James Festival in Filetto

On July 25, 2025, the village of Filetto, in the province of Chieti, renewed its devotion to Saint James the Apostle with its patronal feast. The solemn Holy Mass and the procession of the saint's statue through the streets of the historic center formed the religious heart of the day, with the participation of the faithful and the accompaniment of liturgical chants.

Alongside the religious dimension, secular events organized by the Municipality and committees took place: live music in the square, food stalls with traditional Abruzzese flavors, entertainment for families and children, and the traditional fireworks display that concluded the festivities, confirming the event as one of the most cherished moments of the Filetto summer.
