Saint Isidore Festival

The 2025 edition of the Saint Isidore Festival in Sanfront, in the Po Valley (Cuneo), took place from May 1st to 4th under the organization of the Pro Loco of Sanfront. The festival began on Thursday with a semi-serious theater performance by the Università Popolare di Valle under the market canopy (proceeds were donated to purchase Christmas lights), followed by evenings of aperitif & food and music: a DJ set with Don Paolo and Matteo Dianti and a concert with Radio 88.3. There was also space for the usual dog event "Baula co' ti 2" in Piazza Statuto. Sunday, the main day, featured Holy Mass with a procession, the traditional "Viva el cher" with its satirical float, and the community lunch "Mangiuma suta l'ala" (€25), enlivened by spontaneous singing from the groups "J'amis del cher" and "J'amis d'la cansun".
