Edition 2025 — Polentone Festival
In 2025, the Feast of Saint Gottardo and Polentone Festival enlivened the hamlet of Acquabuona di Tiglieto, with Saint Gottardo's dinner on Saturday and the traditional polentone with stew or fondue on the last Monday of August, featuring an orchestra, dancing, and charity.
The 2025 edition confirmed the end-of-summer tradition in Acquabuona di Tiglieto. The Feast of Saint Gottardo opened the festivities with ravioli and dancing, while the Polentone Festival on the last Monday of August brought back the community's signature dish.
The polentone, distributed from the evening with stew or fondue, attracted numerous visitors from the Genoese hinterland again in 2025, in a festival that combines conviviality and solidarity.
