Edition 2025 — Saint George the Martyr
The Saint George the Martyr Festival 2025 enlivened Fontanafredda in the spirit of the patron saint and his traditions. Alongside the open-air Holy Mass, the Palio delle Contrade saw the Centro district triumph in an exciting competition between the town's neighborhoods.
Amidst equestrian performances, fire-eaters, jugglers, medieval encampments, and the historical market, the edition confirmed the community's strong connection to the festival, complemented by the gastronomic stands of the four districts offering traditional Friulian specialties.
