Edition 2025 — Bruscandolo Feast

In 2025, Quinto Vicentino also celebrated, around the patronal feast of Saint George, the Bruscandolo Feast, the only one in Veneto. The food stall offered bruscandoli risotto and omelette, accompanied by music, markets, a charity raffle, and a funfair, with free admission.

The 2025 edition of the Bruscandolo Feast, combined with the Saint George's Festival, confirmed Quinto Vicentino's tradition of promoting bruscandoli, the wild hop shoots of the Vicenza spring. The food stall served bruscandoli risotto and omelette, alongside typical dishes of Venetian cuisine.

The programme intertwined music, markets, walks, shows, a charity raffle, and a funfair, in a free admission event designed for families and food lovers.
