Edition 2025 — Saint George Festival

In 2025, the Saint George Patronal Festival in Castelmola experienced its two traditional moments: the liturgical recurrence on April 23rd, with the evening procession of the saint's statue through the village streets, and the summer festival on July 13, 2025, which was more civil and popular, featuring a procession, shows, fairs, and live music. Both events involved the entire community in the evocative setting of the village overlooking the sea of Taormina.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Saint George Festival in Castelmola was divided, as per tradition, into two moments. On April 23, 2025, the liturgical anniversary of the patron saint, the solemn evening procession of the statue of Saint George took place through the village streets, accompanied by the band and the faithful with traditional candles. The summer festival, of a civil and recreational nature, was held on July 13, 2025, with the procession of the Patron Saint, shows, fairs, and live music. The festivities, with free admission, were organized by the Parish, the Saint George Association, and the Municipality of Castelmola, with great popular participation.
