Saint Blaise Festival (Patron Saint)

The 2025 Edition

On February 3, 2025, which fell on a Monday, the community of Sacrofano gathered around its patron saint with the usual day of celebrations: the solemn ceremony, the blessing of the throats in the Church of Saint Blaise, and the procession accompanied by the marching band through the streets of the village. According to tradition, the animation of the festival was handled by the 'festaroli' of the 1975 class, the citizens who turned fifty during the year. As is customary, the Municipality closed its offices and the library, inviting citizens to participate in one of the most identity-defining moments of the town's life, located at the gates of Rome in the heart of the Veio Park.
