Saint Augustine Festival (Macchia)

The 2025 edition of the Saint Augustine Festival took place, as is customary, towards the end of August in the Macchia hamlet of Casalattico, in the province of Frosinone. The community gathered around the Church of Saint Augustine for the patronal feast, featuring a solemn mass and the procession of the saint's statue through the village streets. As every year, the festival represented an opportunity for residents and emigrants who returned to their home village during the summer to meet, confirming the strong bond of this small Comino Valley community with its religious traditions.
