Edition 2025 — Sagre del Solleone

In the summer of 2025, the Sagre del Solleone animated Piazza Scarcella in Torre Archirafi with six gastronomic events organized by the Maria SS. del Rosario Festival Committee. From the meatballs on June 28 to the fried fish cones, from the swordfish in early August to the Ferragosto sausage festival, and the macaroni on August 23, the evenings offered the flavors of the Sicilian tradition, with live music and fireworks over the sea on Ferragosto night.

Sagre del Solleone 2025

The 2025 edition took place throughout the summer in Piazza Scarcella, in Torre Archirafi (Riposto, CT), with evenings starting at 8:00 PM. The calendar, curated by the Maria SS. del Rosario Festival Committee, featured:

  • June 28 — Meatballs
  • July 12 — Fried fish cone
  • August 9 — Swordfish
  • August 10 — Fried fish cone
  • August 14 — Sausage
  • August 23 — Macaroni

The Ferragosto evening was the most anticipated: in addition to the sausage festival, at 10:00 PM "Ferragosto al Borgo" took place with live music and fireworks over the sea. The festivals were part of the rich 2025 summer program of Riposto, dedicated to music, theater, art, flavors, and solidarity.
