Sagra te li Sapori Saracini Festival

The Sagra te li Sapori Saracini 2025 took place in Collepasso, in the province of Lecce, on Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13, at the Palazzo Baronale. As per tradition, the absolute star was Salento cuisine: pittule, meatballs, potato pitta, and the queen of the festival, the puccia with horse meat stew cooked in tomato sauce and spices.

The two evenings were accompanied by folk music: on Saturday, July 12, the group Accasaccio took the stage, while Sunday, July 13, featured Mistura Louca, who kept the audience dancing. There was also a stand dedicated to celiac guests, offering gluten-free options.
