Edition 2025 — Sagra Taccozze e Fagioli
In 2025, San Polo Matese also celebrated the Sagra Taccozze e Fagioli on September 29th, for the feast of Saint Michael. The diamond-shaped fresh pasta of the Matese, dressed with mountain beans, was served at the village stands, in an evening of celebration accompanied by folk music.
The Sagra Taccozze e Fagioli in 2025 renewed in San Polo Matese (CB) the appointment on September 29th, linked to the feast of Saint Michael. At the stands of the Matese village, the taccozze — diamond-shaped fresh pasta made of water and flour — dressed with mountain beans were served, in an evening of conviviality accompanied by folk music. An event that confirms the village's connection with the peasant cuisine of inland Molise.
