Edition 2025 — Sagra Poenta e Bacalà

In 2025, the Sagra Poenta e Bacalà enlivened the historic centre of Thiene as every year, after the sixtieth anniversary celebrated in 2024. The star was bacalà alla vicentina with polenta, a symbolic dish of tradition and the "signature dish" of Pro Loco Thiene, which has organised the event since 1964.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra Poenta e Bacalà confirmed the central role of bacalà alla vicentina served with polenta, celebrating one of the most representative dishes of the cuisine of Thiene and the entire province of Vicenza.

Organised by the Pro Loco Thiene with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of Confcommercio, the festival drew crowds to the squares of the historic centre, renewing a gastronomic tradition that has continued uninterrupted since 1964.
